4.5 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content (Bykrs App)

The Bykrs mobile app lets riders post photos, rides, comments, and profile information ("User Content"). Bykrs has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. When using the app you agree that you will not create, upload, post, or share User Content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity
• Is hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying, or promotes discrimination
• Depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or dangerous or illegal acts
• Is defamatory, harassing toward another rider, or invades someone's privacy
• Is spam, a scam, or intentionally false or misleading
• Infringes anyone else's intellectual property or other rights

By creating an account you accept these terms and this content policy. You are solely responsible for the User Content you post.

4.6 Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

Every post, ride, comment, and rider profile in the app can be reported, and any rider can block another rider so they no longer interact or see each other's content. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them — including removing the content and/or suspending or terminating the offending account — within 24 hours of a report. To report content or a user, use the "Report" or "Block" option in the app, or email support@bykrs.app. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate this policy at our discretion and without notice.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.

We do not:
